With eight hour workdays, colleagues often become like a second family. It definitely happened for me while working with Rajesh Sir. He taught me the importance of staying together and eating together. I’ll remember him with all of his special nuances and cherish the memories of the time that I eas privileged to share with him.

I have known Mr. Dudeja for 7 years, though I only interned with him for six months, he by far has been the best boss I have had till date. I used to call him ‘Boss’, not only in the workplace, but even later the many times I called him for guidance. My past work colleagues will agree with me that Mr. Dudeja was humble, peaceful, compassionate, and merciful. I felt comfortable, equal, and had a very good relationship with him, and he had extreme confidence in us and enabled us to take on things independently. He would go the extra mile to assist me and others. A friend is one to whom one may pour out the contents of one’s heart, chaff and grain together, knowing that gentle hands will take and sift it, keep what is worth keeping, and with a breath of kindness, blow the rest away Even though I continued to call him boss, I felt more connected with him and was able to share my triumphs and tribulations with him as easily as I did with my friends and peers. He kept encouraging me and sharing his wisdom nuggets. That is part of the measure of Mr. Dudeja – large in stature, gigantic in intellect, the epitome of humility, simplicity and gentleness. I never got to meet his son, but he figured in our conversations. Mr. Dudeja was and spoke highly of him, stories of how he made the best of the opportunity to make his own choices be it academics, co-cirricular activities, or career choices, the tone in his voice when he spoke of him made it evident how proud he was of his son. Boss you have gone too soon, but left behind a gigantic legacy. I feel so lucky to have had the privilege of knowing and working with you and having you as my mentor.

I am deeply honored and blessed to have known Rajesh. .I can’t explain how much i’d really miss him. He was an inspiration to the whole world, always full of life. The void that is left by his demise, cannot be ever filled but it is on us to preserve his fondest memories.
